One of our well established banking client is looking for an Inbound Call Centre Representative (Banking Exp.) Duration 6 months contract with a high possibility of a temp to perm opportunity Location Ottawa ON Hours of Work Minimum of 25 hours per week. There is a potential to be scheduled up to 37.5 hours per week. Availability Requirements 1. Fully Rotational Must commit to being available to work a variety of rotating shifts between the hours of 7 00am and 12 00am (midnight) Monday through Sunday including statutory holidays. Department Overview Credit Card Services is an inbound customer service call center for the Bank s Visa cardholders. Job Description As a member of the Credit Card Contact Centre you will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our cardholder clientele. Through inbound service calls you will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of our Bank s Visa product lines plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients business through cross-selling value-add opportunities. Also in this role you must adhere to both professional practices and standards and the Bank s processes and controls to achieve operational excellence. A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales Customer Service Productivity and Compliance targets. 100% responding to inbound customer calls. Job Requirements We are searching for enthusiastic friendly professional telephone agents who can quickly adapt to change. Have a proven ability to effectively multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential. Demonstrated skills in identifying customer needs and providing sales advice solutions that benefit customers are needed to be successful in this role.
