Certified Dietary Manager - Sanford NC

Seeking Certified Dietary Manager for Assisted Living Facility in Sanford NC - Will be responsible to oversee the purchasing and preparation of foods for facility ordering inventory stocking creating meal plans and menus and work closely with facility staff cooks dietitians and other staff members. Also supervise kitchen staff of Cooks Dietary Aides - Responsible for schedules of these employees. Also supervise educate Dietary Team members on food safety and sanitiation patient dietary restrictions and food preparations. Implement a physician s dietary orders apply standard nutrition care procedures. Review the effectiveness of a nutrition care plan - Identifying weight issues problems and completing MDS. Develop and Maintain employee time schedules and assignments. Monitor and Review the cost of menus against budget and dietary guidelines. Implement cost effective procedures. Hours will include weekends and holidays and evening shifts as needed. Job description is a brief description duties will consist of more.
