Location Toronto Duration 3 months renewable contract Research analysis communication and documentation skills for new and or enhancements of existing financial systems such as but not limited to TRAC ADP PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (General Ledger Expenses Accounts Payable Purchasing Accounts Receivable Asset Management and Cash Management) PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management Cheque Writing and Investment Tracking. Document and translate business requirements from the systems owners to functional system specifications including process controls reports data analyses training service levels data quality system performance and other business needs. Ability to work with the Information Technology Cluster (ITC) to translate and communicate the functional system specifications for ACES changes made to peoplesoft Financial application. Translate and communicate the technical enhancements made to the financial to enable ITC to maintain and support claims systems in production. Resource Responsibilities Develop plan for knowledge transfer for ACES financial service line production support team. Prepare ITC Application Maintenance and Support to support ACES and the augmentation services related to financial system. Orient and transfer ACES interface knowledge to the applicaton support team related to all financial interfaces to and from ACES (including peoplesoft) Provide command centre & post implementation support for ACES Financial Service Line (targeted feb 2015) Provide consultation and assistance for testing as required Identifying and logging details of incidents and or problem resolution (including root cause analysis) Collaborate with command centre support teams in the Investigation troubleshooting and resolution of incidents relating to financial system interfaces and or reporting Ensure all ACES financial system documentation is available and understood by ACES support team Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
