Responsibilities Conduct dock audits visual and measurement tests on incoming in-process and finished goods based on customer specifications make recommendations for approval or rejection disposition materials communicate results to the Quality Supervisor. Follow First Off Last OFF (FOLO) guidelines color gloss verification Part to Kanban verification Conduct part to guage measurement and Safe launch inspection andi nput data into required systems and databases Return unacceptable products back to production for re-work or scrap confirm re-work Document inspection results by completing reports and logs summarize re-work and waste input data into quality database Keep measurement equipment calibrated and updated by following operating instructions call for repairs Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following operating instructions standards and procedures comply with all legal regulations. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities read technical publications Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic math and statistics skills Basic computer skills
