Lucy needs you

She is abt 8 lbs. York and palmerainian She is a rescue dog from hurricane Irma. Her owners lost their home. So Lucy lost her home. I do not want to loose her either but cannot afford to take her to a vet. I was quoted 470.00 bcs she has no shot records and is a first timer. I do not want money. My first choice would be a vet to volunteer out of the kindness of their heart to treat her. She has an alergic or something. Has scratched her self silly and non stop. She has been treated for fleas.. I shaved her to make sure no fleas. But I think she may be alergic to my cats. She does not have worms. If not a vet or someone who can afford one. She is really in a difficult spot. She is the sweetest dog ever... she loves to go for walks. She likes the cats. I m praying for an Angel or a miracle to help Lucy. Please help if you can. Or know someone who can.
