Security Guard Positions Available (Essex Hudson Union Patterson Middlesex) Attention We have re-opened 15 new security positions for (2018) . Men Women ages 18 and older can apply. However the more flexible you are the faster we can place you on a detail We will also TRAIN ALL personnel for the New Jersey State SORA License any candidates at least 17 years old must apply with a parent or Legal guardian. Upon completion we will automatically assist with employment. Responsibilities Ability to work with a large security detail in a professional and courteous manner.. Must be able to handle responsibilities with minimum supervision. Able to monitor cctv surveillance cameras. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all personnel. Patrol the grounds for unusual dangerous or illegal activity and unauthorized individuals. Maintaining exceptional communication hospitality and interpersonal skills. Complete security checks and follow post orders as directed. Write incidents accidents reports. must have verbal communication skills. Keep a detailed log with hourly entries and occurrences. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to pass a background check regardless if you are S.O.R.A license and a drug test. Ability to resolve complaints in a professional successful manner. Able to follow instructions well and make decisions with minor supervision. If you are a license security officer we require that you have a resume and be in dress business attire when you come in for the interview. This does NOT apply to NON SORA License candidates.
