All About Children LLC seeks experienced indivuduals to work as early interventionists with children with developmental delays disabilties and special needs ages infant to five in Aiken Allendale Barnwell Bamberg Edgefield Saluda Greenwood and surrounding counties. Services are provided in the childrens homes or other natural environment such as child-care settings. Candidates must have a bachelors degree in a early childhood education or similar field sociology psychology or other approved human services filed. Work related experience must be at least one year working directly with children and at least one year experience working in a case management service coordination position. Job Description The early interventionist works in partnership with the child s family as an advocate and special instructor to ensure that children families have access to medical social educational and other services to assist with a child s developmental delay. Early Interventionist must be able to complete developmental asssessments and assist with creating service plans outlining the services needs of the child. Early interventionists are also required to participate in community events trainings and screenings for developmentally delayed children. Flexible hours services are typically provided by appointment from 8 30 AM 5 30 PM during the week but may vary based on the needs of the child family.
