American Trends is looking for a warehouse and customer service clerk to work in our warehouse in Downtown Toronto. The selected candidate will be responsible for properly respond to costumers and give a very good customer service by taking orders. Responsibilities Picking and closing orders. Answer calls from new and existing customers. Provide support by phone on client s questions about our catalog. Open and close the warehouse which includes activation deactivation of the alarm system. Enter orders to the system (coming from fax and email). Provide high quality costumer service. Minimum requirements High school diploma bachelor s degree prefered. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position. Similar experience in costumer service and shipping receiving.
