Bought it to live in while we built a house ended up not needing to as we built in a different location. Couch and dining area slide out to create a spacious living kitchen dining area. Rear slide out will accommodate up to 4 people with the 2 bunk beds and queen floor bed. Dining table converts to a full size bed couch folds flat for a single sleeper. Queen size bedroom with privacy curtain and spacious closets complete with 32 RCA Led TV with built in DVD player and swivel mount viewable from the couch and kitchen area. Bathtub Shower never used toilet used very lightly. Roof mount Air Conditioner and built in heat both directly duct with directional vent louvers. Large refrigerator with freezer and microwave used very little. Oven & stove top never used. Very attractive interior design absolutely no tears or signs of wear on upholstery carpets or walls. Sleeps a total of 9 comfortably. Rear door opens directly to the bathroom allowing easy access and less wear and tear through the living area for quick bathroom breaks. Outside shower ideal for kids pets or anything messy Outside awning outdoor speakers with am fm stereo system. Lots and lots of storage. Twin 30lb propane tanks with cover. Rear mounted spare tire. Fold out large grip handles make getting in and out easy and safe for everyone Extras that were added to this unit that increase the value include extra large safety handles on both exterior doors 220 2 Bunk Bed safety nets 50 32 Flat Screen with DVD player 200 Stabalizing tow bars 250.
