Site Superintendent

Job Summary This position is responsible for providing overall on-site leadership including supervision scheduling financial management subcontractor relations and other related activities. Job Duties Coordinates and supervises all construction activities. Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule within budget with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. Maintains construction schedule identifies and solves problems. Ensure contractor places material orders and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process. Maintains positive relationship with customers Subcontractors and other employees. Review prepared schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list. Promotes job site safety encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately. Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy. Day & Evening shifts required and daily travel within the greater Los Angeles area. Requirements Desirable study concentration in construction management. Experienced in scheduling ordering field supervision and Subcontractor management. Experienced in managing multiple projects. Experience with LAUSD preferred. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications but minimum expectation is 60 000 per year plus benefits (Dental Health 401K Vacation etc).
