Overview As a customer care professional serving an advertising client you will be responsible for supporting customers over the phone with regard to questions about billing payments changes to advertising and other general inquiry around the customer s account and services This position requires strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to research information. The Customer Care Professional is expected to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Applicants without strong computer skills will not be considered.
