The manufacturer of premium plumbing fixtures is now hiring associates for its customer service telephone call center. We are a fast-growing family-owned business that offers a pleasant working environment in Class A office space in Costa Mesa CA (next to South Coast Plaza). Duties Primary duties include but limited too Communicating with customers via telephone and e-mail Product and technical support Provide pricing inventory and shipping information Interface with Company s warehouse team for shipping and delivery to customers Daily interaction with various departments Escalating issue to the customer service supervisor Processing direct sale orders for small parts Secondary duties include but are not limited to Occasional product handling and inspection Receive and inspect product returns and assist with re-shipment if necessary Assemble product displays for showrooms trade shows Shipping product for warranty standard replacement Experience with the installation of plumbing fixtures and home hardware Familiarity with logistics and freight Articulate in speaking with strong writing skills Patient friendly and professional at all times Proficient in explaining technical concepts to customers Proficient with computers data entry and Microsoft Office (Word Excel Adobe Quick Books) Mechanical skills are a major plus Candidates must speak English fluently and possess a high school diploma. Four year college degree a plus. Full-time position expected. Pay of 15.00 per hour D.O.E. with paid time-off and medical expense reimbursement benefits after 90 day introductory period.
