This playground is in my backyard in a 20 by 40 sandbox. The swings are commercial grade as well as the 9 slide. Almost all of the pieces are put together with stainless steel lag bolts instead of cheap galvanized bolts. This will allow it to be disassembled and easily reassembled. The rungs of the ladder and monkey bar need to be replaced. This is a big unit. Powerwash it and you have a really nice commercial size playground. This unit is built with pressure treated 4 x 6 wood. This is a heavy-duty unit that should last you years to come. The slide sells for 800 new. The swings are all on commercial grade 250lb hinges.
