Office manager needed for local tree and landscape company located in East Orlando UCF area. 10 hour full time. Office hours Tuesday-Saturday 7 30a-4p Duties include but not limited to Bookkeeping via QuickBooks Accounts payable and receivable Invoicing Answering and sending emails Answering phone inquiries Scheduling Filing and organizing company documents and paperwork Marketing and advertisement Qualifications Must have previous experience in administration Must have background in accounting and be experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Must be experienced utilizing computers search engines email and Microsoft Office Must be organized and detail oriented Must be professional Must be customer friendly Must possess good communication skills and phone presence Must be a self starter College degree preferred Interested applicants please call Craig at (407) 970-0263.
