Our banking client is looking to fill the following Process BA Manager (credit cards) role. if you are a good match pl send your resume to Ritu with rate expectations Location Toronto ON Duration 6 months renewable contract MUST BE BUSINESS ORIENTED (focusing on supporting business side groups - customer facing branches etc) Core cards TSYS understanding credit card policy and processes Project New product launch - chip and pin - TSYS - card transactions - POS - designing end to end processes - tracking and mapping the processes (modifying existing processes and developing new processes) - some project analysis management - to help develop and draft process maps facilitate reviews capture updates coordinate approvals - back end customer (CCC) branch product processes - need to be able to work with all of these teams. - help flushing out what the end to end processes will look like - ensure that processes overlap and work - lean six sigma - process designs - excellent communication skills - driving conversations between internal stakeholders - need to demonstrate experience writing processes - Project Process Manager to help develop and maintain the inventory of processes that need to be reviewed updated developed manage the detailed plan including day-to-day coordination of meetings tracking status and issues etc. Summary The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes including project goals deadlines metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director. Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. Review contracts cost proposals and contract supplements. Set up project and work breakdown structures. Establish and document business processes. Track project budgets and expenditures monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets. Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions. Skills Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Enterprise Application experience a plus. Education Experience Bachelor s degree in business management economics finance accounting or relevant field required. 5-7 years experience required.
