I currently live alone in a beautiful 2 bed one bath apartment right in the heart of downtown and on the edge of the Avenues. I am a full time professional who is looking to go back to school. I am looking for roommates to help with the rent so I essentially don t have to thin deeply about it. My roommate would also hopefully like to spend some time at home with my very social puppy. Homework and hangout chill seshs are a must Each room technically costs 750 which includes potential parking water heat electricity trash service and internet. The laundry sucks because of the stairs but the washers and dryers are fairly new and are large enough to wash Queen sized comforters. I am factoring in two people per room because I would like to create a unit of friendship rather than worry about the cost of a living situation in this busy world.
