Maintenance Technician

High-End custon Millwork shop located near bridgeville is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep the production equipment HVAC and small fleet of cars running smoothly. Responsibilites To ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to include CNC routing table CNC saws CNC time saver sander planers jointers shapers edgebander case clamps and cut-off saws. Support production by cutting knives from blanks. Maintain heating and cooling systems throughout the building. Perform routine maintenance of small fleet of lift trucks (propane and electric). Maintain records for Process Safety Management procedures. Maintain organization of all maintenance supplies and tools. Job Requirements Prefer minimum 5-7 years experience in a production environment with a high degree of knowledge in electrical and pneumatic equipment controls. Working knowledge of heating and coolings systems. Experience with propane engines and electric motor lift trucks. Able to perform minor fleet vehicle repairs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds climb stairs and ladders and work in tight spaces. Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening and physical.
