Property Prep LLC is seeking to fill two part-time residential & commercial cleaning positions where the majority of the work is based out of downtown Milwaukee. These positions have the potential to grow into full time positions as our accounts grow. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned) Cleaning of vacant apartments common areas hallways and amenities General appearance of the property Mopping dusting trash pickup vacuuming etc Cleaning of commercial bathrooms Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities Use all materials chemicals and tools safely to avoid injury waste and accidents. Positive communications with our customers and your peers Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required Customer service skills required Good English communication skills both written and verbal required Must be dependable and a team player Ability to work days evenings and weekends is a must Flexible scheduling Available all day on the last day of the month for turnover cleaning Attention to detail Valid driver s license and insurance required Reliable transportation (Mileage will be reimbursed) Please email your resume and contact information to info((at))propertyprepllc.com
