Looking for a miracle

Looking for a house in 63105. I truly am not in the income bracket to just go grab an apartment or rent a house in a good school district ( I have poor credit) as most people would do. My son needs a good school I live(rent) and work in University City . My daughter went there University City High as a transplant from Parkway West and barely graduated because of it s terrible standards and ridiculous management. I am looking for a miracle right now. My son is an excellent student with a very bright future ahead of him. He has three years left of high school and wants to continue playing football into college at Mizzou. He is moving here from the past two years spent with his dad in Colorado and he is on his way as soon as school is out for this past semester. I have been looking for places apartments for rent but all require a good credit check makes perfect sense I understand the way things work. However this leaves me out of the running for this particular type of oportunity. I am willing to negotiate and try to work something out that is mutually beneficial. Maybe a traveler who needs their house taken care of I don t know but I am opening it up to the universe and praying for a miracle Thank you kindly for reading.
