Our company JGM Property Group has been in business for over 16 years. We perform different types of mortgage occupancy inspections for multiple national clients and are currently in the process of recruiting reliable individuals to become inspectors. We are seeking individuals to complete occupancy checks on properties in Mason Lake Benzie Oceana Osceola Manistee and Wexford Counties in Michigan.This is a W-9 1099 contractor position that offers both flexibility and the convenience of working independently. The work consists of taking daylight property photos-typically consisting of street sign address front of house and neighborhood for mortgage companies and reporting on occupancy and property condition. All work is completed on a mobile phone application. Requirements are Computer and printer internet access iPhone or Android SMART phone Reliable fuel efficient vehicle ability to pass an Aspen Grove Background check. You must be self-motivated individual who can meet deadlines communicate effectively and have a strong attention to detail.
