Beautiful beach and gorgeous views stretching from Napes to Sanibel Island from this large family-friendly beach cottage now being managed exclusively by the owner. 3 king size bedroom suites plus another two bedrooms and four full bathrooms means that family and extended family will have enough room and privacy during their stay. Located in the most desired residential mid-island location surrounded by other single family homes you ll feel as though you are on a private beach with your own coconut palm trees out front. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor. It has a private deck a king size bed and a vast view of the Gulf of Mexico from Naples to Sanibel. A guest bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed and a side window so you can wake up to views of the beach and water toward Naples. There is a full bath on the second floor. The first floor has a galley kitchen spacious living-dining area 2 kingsize bedroom suites with private full baths (one with windows looking directly out on the Gulf the other with a partial view) a beach front den with trundle day-bed and an extra full bathroom next to the den. All bedrooms and the den have wall mounted flat panel TV s and cable. The living room has a large flat panel TV and iPod-ready stereo and plenty of seating for your guests. The front (beach side) of the living dining area has a wall of sliding glass doors opening onto a deck across the entire back of the house. Half of the deck is open air with deck chairs and a patio umbrella table. The other half is a covered porch perfect for outdoor dining with the sun setting over the Gulf in the background. There are lounge chairs down on the beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming and numerous sand toys are tucked under the deck. There are also 2 outdoor hot water private cabin showers on the deck level at both side entrances to the house plus a new gas BBQ grill on the deck. All in all there is plenty of space from which to pick your favorite spot for sunbathing outdoor dining or family gatherings. This house is well maintained and has all the expected amenities inside - flat panel TV s cable internet wifi washer dryer dishwasher etc. plus seating for 10 inside or 12 or more outside in the screened-in outdoor beachfront dining area. Massive front side and back decking provide ideal indoor outdoor living and with two outdoor changing rooms with hot showers on either side of the house there s no waiting going on or off the beach. Lot s of room for extended families. A sliding door on the north side of the living room can create a young-family suite with the White master suite and den and 2 bathrooms for a special sense of privacy when it s time for the little ones to go to bed. This area s separate entrance and outdoor changing room with private hot shower completes the package. The gentle Gulf waves and talcum-powder soft sand means you will want to spend most of your time on the beach. There are a number of beach toys and furniture provided and stored under the deck. But when it comes dinner time in addition to the full kitchen make sure to take advantage of the outdoor gas grill (propane gas and utensils provided) and enjoy large meals at the outdoor dining tables in the beach-front screened in porch. Located a short walk away from the Publix supermarket Bay Front Bistrot and the Marina boat rental or take the trolley drive or bike north to Time Square or South to Santini Plaza. Families only.
