- Duties and Responsibilities Arrange work for our clerks to make cruise reservations book airline tickets make tour arrangements etc. and review their work performance Co-ordinate with other departments to establish standard operation procedures to increase productivity Resolve work-related issues write work progress log and report directly to the senior managers Recruit for competent reservation clerks and train them in job duties safety procedures and company policies Be adept in the usage of professional software including the Amadeus and Sabre Booking Systems to ensure the adoption and smooth operation of the computer systems in the Company and be in charge of the maintenance and repair work May perform the same duties as workers supervised. - Qualification Completion of secondary school is required More than two years of experiences related to travel reservations with some supervisory responsibilities are required Strong experience in organizing special VIP travel such as diving camping photographing and etc. is valued Strong connections with Chinese and Japanese travel business markets is valued Fluency in English is required. Capacity of communications in a second language especially Chinese or Japanese is preferred. - Salary and Commissions 3 000 to 3 500 per month plus Commission (estimated 500.00 per month on average).
