PRIVATE SECURITY PATROL PERSON -- SCOTTSDALE - NOW HIRING Condo community is seeking a professional security patrol person to provide part-time flexible coverage (20-24 hours per week) in our 18-building complex. Hours will vary from afternoon to late nights 5-7 days per week. Patrols will include walking the property and enforcing rules checking that all gates and common areas are secure checking pool spa and fitness center monitoring bike racks and responding to occasional resident calls. Property is located near Tatum and Shea ideal patrol person will have ability to respond quickly to resident calls. Candidates must be fully insured and have excellent references. AZ Guard Card is not sufficient - proof of liability insurance will be required at interview. Please apply with resume cover letter and hourly weekly monthly rates.
