Looking for an OTR tractor trailer driver responsible for providing efficient delivery and excellent service. Must be a hardworking reliable team member to deliver and assist in the loading and storing of electronics equipment. Sign on bonus of 500 - 1 000 Pay starts (at) 41 CPM with increases based on performance Brand new tractor (10 speed) with the following amenities features flat screen TV w satellite microwave refrigerator APU GPS and more ResponsibilitiesManeuver trucks into loading or unloading positions and organize and secure load to company or client satisfaction. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Document and log work rest periods and miles spent driving using an electronic logging device (ELD). Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size weight route designations parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Report defects accidents and violations. Assist supervisor and other employees in other work areas around the warehouse when not in transit. Over the road travel required from several days to a week at a time. Other duties as assigned. RequirementsExperience - 2 years CDL experience with current Class A CDL operator s license. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Ability to read orders and communicate with customers using verbal and written skills. Willing to submit to background drug driving record checks. Knowledge of DOT FMCSA rules and regulations.
