We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist Clerk for a Law Firm located in Greensboro. Requirements Must be Bilingual Spanish to English Must have experience answering a multi-line phone system Must be able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clientele Ability to work in a fast paced office juggling many tasks Must be proficient in MS Office products with the ability to perform data entry tasks Handle all general office duties including copying faxing client mail-outs Must be able to type 45 wpm in order to assist with office documents spreadsheets etc. Prior experience working in a Law Firm would be a huge plus or a paralegal certification Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8 30am until 5 30pm The ability to dress and present one s self professionally at all times Those interested in being considered must submit a current resume to salemstaffing(at)prodigy.net or by faxing to 765-0062.
