Our client a technology consulting company located near Acton MA is seeking a Part-time Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and maintain an organized and professional office. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports documentation proposals and legal agreements (using templates). Maintaining contact information in Outlook. Interacting with clients and vendors by phone and email. General office duties such as faxing copying filing etc. Must be detail-oriented with strong communication (verbal and written) follow-up organizational multi-tasking and MS Office and general technology skills. Familiarity with maintaining both paper files and electronic files is preferred. Hours are typically 9 00 a.m. 3 00 p.m. Monday Friday with some flexibility. Competitive hourly rate accrued PTO and company-contributed 401K plan. Local candidates only (within commute distance).
