HOTEL MANAGERS.....READ THIS

It s all very simple. I m at the end of my rope. However I am done searching for the perfect rooms or situations. I expect to come into a great deal of money but I don t know exactly when. But my plan is to choose a good extended stay hotel to LIVE IN until one of the following conditions take place 1) I buy a home elsewhere (2) I decide to leave New York State for good. The amount of money I expect to come into could be anywhere from 50K to 100K. I M NOT TALKING ABOUT TAKING IN A SOCIAL SERVICES CASE HERE GENTLEMAN. I AM TALKING ABOUT A BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT WHERE I WILL PAY UP FRONT FOR AN EXTENDED STAY FOR A REASONABLE DISCOUNTED PRICE. I don t have any children or pets. I don t smoke and I have a steady job which unfortunately does not pay nearly enough for the privilege of living on Long Island. I m just somebody who is sick and tired of having to put up with people who do not share my values consideration cleanliness etc. Right now I live in a house in Westhampton Beach where every so often the people living there have to either vacate the premises for groups or organizations who rent the place on the weekends or else share the house with said out-of-towners. Up until now I ve had to satisfy myself with rooms. But I am working on changing that. I am also interested - (when I come into this money) - in buying into a business that will generate a lot of income. However I want to be a silent partner who buys in for a percentage of the profits. I am not looking to interfere with how things are run if the people involved are professionals who know what they re doing.
