Part-Time Hotel Front desk

A hotel in the Richmond area is seeking Part-Time Front Desk (3-11 pm shift). This position may lead into a Full-Time position and different shifts.The ideal candidate must possess outstanding guest interaction skills have a friendly upbeat and out going attitude and the willingness to go out of your way to be sure hotel guests leave happy. You should have great problem solving skills be courteous punctual reliable flexible & dependable. The ideal candidate MUST have excellent oral communication skills in person & over the phone. This position requires prolonged standing. You must have reliable transportation and have open availability meaning you should be able to come to work if someone calls out sick doesn t show up etc. Also knowing that the hotel is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days. Therefore weekends & holidays are required. Hotel experience and Opera knowledge is a plus but not required.
