Diagnostic charge for all devices (excluding printers). Diagnostic includes virus/ spyware scans, even if the issue is physical in nature unless the customer requests otherwise. This is important, everybody?s got spyware of some kind and this is great way to pick up additional sales. Diagnostic time will depend on individual issues but can typically be completed in 24 hours or less. Once the diagnostic is complete we can contact the customer and let them know exactly what?s wrong with their device and exactly what it will cost to repair (labor plus parts if necessary), if they decide to proceed with repairs the diagnostic fee is waived, and they only pay for repairs, otherwise the customer can pay the diagnostic fee and pick up their device along with a printout of the issues found.
