Currently we are seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Plan organize coordinate and manage daily production activities Provide follow-up and corrective action as required to ensure the company meets customer order fulfillment Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production labor and material costs reviewing production schedules estimating future requirements. Develop and implement production plans that achieve a strategic balance capability and capacity for the company Responsible for production adherence to all quality standards Recommends and implements other methods of process control to improve quality and or efficiency Manage the purchase of supplies and materials Develop annual company operating and capital budgets Conduct interviews hires new staff supervise and manage performance Oversee staff scheduling and training and ensure a safe working environment Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues Requirements 5 or more years of related Manufacturing and or Manufacturing Process Engineering experience Manufacturing process knowledge Effective communication skills with employees management and customer representatives Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment Post-secondary Education Wage Salary 37.00 hrWork Hours 37.5 per weekLocation Unit 7 - 7187 Honeyman Street Delta BC V4G 1E2Please email resumes to ArcamHR(at)yahoo.ca and only those qualified for the position will be contacted.
