This trailer is in great condition. It is 22ft with additional space added when the beds slide out. Pop-outs on both ends (queen and double beds) along with an electric side slide that increases the width by a push of a button. It can comfortably sleep 7 people. Has a three piece bathroom. The kitchen has a double sink prep area microwave gas stove top and a large fridge freezer which runs on propane or electricity. Plenty of storage in and outside the trailer. MVI completed June 2015. Trailer has an awning stabilizer jacks water heater and dual propane tanks. The Gross Vehicle Rating towing weight is 2468 kg. This includes the Cargo Carrying Capacity of 1652 kg. Requires a class 4 hitch on towing vehicle. Motivated seller. Must be seen to be appreciated. Original owners. Purchased and first used in 2004.
