Product Support Rep II Shift Days Pay 14.00- 15.00 hour Location Beaverton Assignment Type Long Term Temporary Elwood Staffing is currently teamed up with a software company and we are recruiting for a Product Support Rep II in Beaverton OR. Clerical Description Answer phones and document calls. Identify connection and network issues. Resolving connectivity issues mapping network drives and setting permissions. Provide product training to subscribers. Provide high level of customer service. Qualifications 1-3 years experience in tech support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving skills to resolve any issues complaints. MS Office including intermediate Excel experience. Typing Data Entry - good scores with emphasis on accuracy. Education HS Diploma GED A Certification or Network Certification or equivalent experience or education (i.e. degree in Computer Science).
