The home is at a dead end street so there is peace and tranquility.The house is fully furnished and the room I rent will be furnished. The utilities are included Washer Dryer Micro. The teneant will have axcess to the entire house and privacy will be respected. There is a women I rented 1 bed. so there is one more bedroom to rent I would rather rent to another women But males can apply. Therre is a 350.00 security deposit. I would like a minimum of 6 months and 1 year would be long term which is good. The person has to be pet friendly for there is a dog in the hosue.
