50 year old female with a small dog ..my main income is my SSI but I do own a small Mobile DJ company that brings in a comfortable income as well and I work a part time job one day a week. If you are looking for a dependable quiet clean tenant that is low maintenance and pays their bills on time then we will be a perfect fit I am search of a 1 bedroom or large studio apartment for my chihuahua mix dog who is friendly house broken and would love a yard to play in but would also appreciate a big park just as much..my budget is 425 to 500 dollars if I could find a place that covers heat that would be ideal but I am prepared to pay an electric bill..I am currently managing a building but am looking to re locate to a better neighborhood and closer to my 91 year old mother who lives on the northside..I have great references both personal and rental.
