Are You A Hard Working Energetic Individual Seeking A Full-Time Position We are looking for a full time Maintenance Groundskeeper. A valid driver s license or ID is required. Must have reliable transportation. Employee will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and office parking lots and other community buildings. Tasks Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers tractors twin-axle vehicles snow blowers chain saws electric clippers and pruning saws. Mow or edge lawns using power mowers or edgers. Shovel snow from walks driveways or parking lots and spread salt in those areas. Care for established lawns by mulching aerating weeding grubbing removing thatch or trimming or edging around flower beds walks or walls. Use hand tools such as shovels rakes pruning saws saws hedge or brush trimmers or axes. As well as hammers wrenches screwdrivers etc... Prune or trim trees shrubs or hedges using shears pruners or chain saws. Gather and remove litter. Maintain or repair tools equipment or structures such as buildings fences or benches using hand or power tools. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers herbicides or insecticides onto grass shrubs or trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks driveways parking lots fountains planters or other grounds features. Perform maintenance and repairs to existing structures and infrastructure as needed.
