Overview Slosburg Co Richdale Apartments a leader in the national owner developer industry of luxury multi-family communities and commercial real estate is seeking an experienced and assertive Account Representative to join our Account Management department. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service for our current residents by resolving unpaid balances and enforcing compliance on lease agreements Work with current residents in-person via phone and written correspondence to research and resolve discrepancies on their account Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Make adjustments to accounts as needed Full-time hours are Monday - Friday Monday Thursday (2 days from 9am to 6pm and 2 days from 11am to 8pm) Friday 9am - 6pm with alternating Saturdays Qualifications Good understanding of balance sheet accounting and general ledger entries required 2 years of customer service dispute resolution experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask and problem solve Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products Previous work history in banking or credit card disputes a plus To be considered for this position you MUST apply directly via our website www.richdale.com employment
