Position Title Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Machinery - KS TX OK MO Relocation No Location Kansas Texas Oklahoma and Missouri (Base from home and cover the territory) Summary The Regional Sales Manager is the primary interface between company and the customer. Responsible for company s awareness of the capital investment programs of its customers which matches company s market strategy. Matches customer needs with products and resources. Duties Prospecting Quality leads Recommend sales strategy to the Director of Sales Understand and sell the company s solution Report if solution matches customer needs Manage company s relationship with the customer Provide data about the customer markets competition products compared to competition and performance Understand and identify customer s plant operating issues and problems important to current and future machine tool outlooks Responsible to register and report current information in CRM Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-discipline (self-starter) and able to self-manage Ability to work in a team environment in developing marketing strategy Live centrally in the territory region Willingness to travel and be away from home for periods of time Appropriate appearance and personality to be representative of the company to others Must have industrial machinery sales experience Education Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred. In absence Bachelor Degree 5 or more years of experience in sales of industrial products Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal 1.
