Job Description As a Field Marketer at Smart Home Solutions you will receive training on Smart Home Solution s sales process as well as having the opportunity to advance your career through continued training and career advancement. Marketers are the first point of contact for potential customers. They also educate them about the many benefits of energy and water efficient upgrades for their homes. Responsibilities Speaking with customers about Smart Home Solutions clean energy products Driving the creation of leads at the door to meet personal team and objectives Collaborating with Marketing Manager to confirm in-home appointments Visually inspecting properties prior to scheduling appointments Working side by side with sales producers and learning from them Additional duties required as needed Qualifications Positive professional attitude Lead generation experience a plus Highly persuasive self-disciplined honest Articulate with excellent communication skills Own an unyielding belief in yourself Show the highest degree of persona values ethics and integrity Must be flexible working weekend and evening shifts Spanish language speakers and other languages is a plus Bilingual Benefits Excellent earning and potential base salary as well as uncapped commissions and monthly incentives 13.00 an hour to start Mon-Thurs. 12 00pm-8 00pm Saturdays 10 00am-4 30pm Paid training held on Wednesdays and Saturdays 350.00 sign on bonus Career path leading to outside sales and management contingent on performance Joining a fast-growing company with a mission To set up an interview please contact Marketing Manager Alex Vizcarra at (562) 332-8708 or office at (844) 758-9759.
