Neosol Marqketing needs an Administrative Assistant Activities Maintains all accounts payable files to include filing invoices in designated areas and updating vendor information on QB Database Bank and physical filing. Matches purchase orders with vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and prepares for computer data entry on a weekly basis. Prepares all accounts payable checks according to company procedures. Mails accounts payable checks with appropriate supporting documentation. Prints all accounts payable reports including end of month procedures. Monitors all paperwork invoices correspondence and verbal communication with vendors. Researches and responds to all accounts payable inquiries in a prompt manner. Oversees cash flow needs and maintains report on a weekly basis. Processes payments to include preparing deposits and matching invoices with checks. Processes bank reconciliations of payroll and general accounts monthly. Maintains confidential personnel and payroll records. Skills Multi-line telephone system Computer printer facsimile machine photocopy machine Postage meter Bilingual Oral and written comunication skills Teamwork Diplomacy Education Experience Prior bookkeeping and A R experience Prior experience in office management required.
