My roommate and I are looking for a kick-ass responsible funny and friendly girl between the ages of 18-25 to move in and take over the world with us just like Ren and Stimpy used to do.(If you didnt get that joke you may be too young to apply.. haha) The lease would be one year long..You can expect to move in around November earlier can be negotiated. You must pass a background and credit check given by the apartment complex this may or may not mean that you pay a deposit. This room is located at Stonebridge Apartments in West Jordan Utah right off of 90th south. There s tons of shopping nearby and there s a movie theater right next door. The freeway is 5 minutes away and there s an incredible view of the mountains from our 3rd floor patio. Rent is 388 plus utilities which would be split between the three of us. There s already going to be a wicked awesome cat living here by the time you get here so sorry no more pets. No smoking your cancer sticks and no snorting any cocaine of our toilet haha.
