Maintenance Tech Position Available - Compensation: Depends on e

Value Place is currently hiring for a Maintenance Tech. To qualify for the position the tech should be able to diagnose problems and make minor repairs in the following areas electrical systems plumbing appliances flooring carpentry drywall repair and heating and air systems. Maintenance Technicians are also expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools. HVAC certification is a plus. Some weekend and on-call shifts will be required. Please respond to this ad with a list of your experience that includes how many years for each qualification. You must also be able to past a background check and drug test.
