OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Compensation: Base plus commision

Premier Hydraulic Hose and Fitting distributor that provide fluid conveyance products to mobile and Industrial markets. We have been in business for over 30 years. In order to effectively and efficiently service our customers we employ and support our Sales Representatives. It is our mission to put forth all of our efforts to ensure that our Valued Customers receive High Quality Products and Quick Service at Competitive Prices. To support our growth in Ontario we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who will assume responsibility for a Sales Territory covering Oakville Burlington Toronto Mississauga Milton. The Position Effectively maintain and enhance an existing established customer base Consistently grow new business within your assigned territory Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded during every interaction Customer Relationship Management develop positive long-lasting buying relationships Problem Solving and the ability to conduct Needs Analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate fluid conveyance solutions are found. Take pride in and project a clean professional image Excellent organizational problem solving time management and negotiation skills Self-Motivated and driven Computer literate with proficient use of customer database systems and contact management software Work equally well independently as in a team environment Possess established skills to work with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word ( ability to learn new computer-based programs easily are assets) A strong knowledge of Fluid conveyance products in the Industrial Sales market is extremely beneficial Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams other departments and Senior Management 3-5 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in fluid Conveyance products is an asset but not necessity) Completion of High School Diploma Post-Secondary education preferred Valid Driver s License
