Looking for two roommates - Price: $500 Down $400amonth

I am looking for two roommates to help with the bills. Half the house payment and electricity water gas. I try to keep bills low. I have a part time job and just need some help. I have a cat so I hope you don t mind animals I have some wild ones to that I found. The house is in Conroe Texas. Its a 4 bedroom two bathhouse. The bedrooms is t that big but good to sleep in. I work at the airport in Conroe. I will need refrences form each person and a back ground check too. The house is about 2200 square feet and a garage and a big livingroom. I was trying to fix it up I still need to paint the other rooms and bathroom. The first people that had the house didn t take care of it. The house needs some more work done to it. If you are a pilot looking for a room when you come in to town we can also work something out.
