Furnished sleeping room & home cooked meals in exchange for help on property a small fee for rent. You must be a dependable sober honest person with no felonies minor traffic violations no big deal.... No drinking is allowed smoking is Ok... If you have a truck or car that will be a plus You must like dogs and cats as I have both I am a white female in my 60 s who has been at my home for 16 years. So I am very dependable making sure the bills are paid on time. The house has a brand new furnace and central air--- Direct Tv and Net flIx also high speed internet if you need it... The house is in need of some minor work such as yard work and gutters need cleaned also some painting. No major Electric or plumbing needed..Running errands can be of a lot of help for me as I can not drive at this time... This is a quite violent free and drama free place where you and you stuff will be safe..I am a very honest person and open minded I will not allow any drama I like to live a quite peaceful life.. I have no problem if you are Gay or Bi..Would also consider a female couple maybe a pregant women who is need of a safe place for her and her child when the baby is born I would also being willing to help with the baby if you want to get a job after the child is born I can help with child care for a small fee.. I have plenty of experience with children as I have a daughter and 2 grandsons and a great grandson who is 1 yr old and for many years I worked in childcare.. Also would be interested in a older person who is in need of sharing a house with me if you have a disabled Mom or Dad who needs help I can be here with them full time and fix the meals and make sure they take their medications. I can not pick them up bathe them or drive them to doctors. But I can make sure they are safe here and have someone to talk with and keep them company.
