This beautiful book was published in 1986. It was bound in deluxe full green and 22KT gold leather with elaborately decorated 22 KT gilt boards. There are four raised bands on the spine bound-in satin ribbon and all edges and corners have 22KT gilt and are sharp. The illustrations are by Edward Martinez. The book also has archival quality paper with marbled end papers that complete the binding.
