Requirements Several years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience are requiredCompletion of college level of education is required Wage C 20.70 hourWorking Hour 35 hours working week including 10 paid holidays per yearWork Location 9807 100 Street Sexsmith AB T0H 3C0 Job Duties - Plan organize direct control and evaluate the operations of the bar- Prepare work schedules for bartender barback and server staff and monitor their performance- Control inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices- Resolve customer complaints promptly- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed- Recruit train and oversee staff- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and beverage and clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions Please send your resume to sexsmithhotelpub(at)gmail.com.
