Rehabilatative Behavioral Health Services are community-based services for troubled youth Adults which include (Behavioral Modification Family Support Behavioral Health Screening Diagnostic Assessment Services Therapy Counseling Services and Service Plan Development). Duties Responsibilities History of using successful interventions in Individual Family Therapy Knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards working knowledge of contemporary mental health care procedures principles and methods and both theoretical and practical knowledge of the practice of individual family and group psychotherapy for all age groups Qualifications Master s or doctoral degree from a program that is primarily psychological in nature (e.g. counseling guidance or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college and one year of experience working with the population to be served. Licensed or provisional as a (1) Psychiatrist by the SC Board of Medical Examiners (2) Psychologist by the SC Board of Examiners in Psychology (3) Social worker by the SC Board of Social Work Examiners (4) Counselor or therapist by the SC Board of Examiners for Professional Counselors and Marital and Family Therapists pursuant to Section 40-75-30 of the SC Code 17 of Laws 1976 as amended.
