We have access to a large private community pool park and tennis courts. you will get a access card. No parties or drugs of any kind. Looking for a nice quiet and mature roommate .(professional or Grad student) I m very serious about studying and not having a lot of random people over.You d be responsible for rent cable & utilities. (internet included).Must be clean (you d share a bathroom with 1 roommate). We all share in the house work (common area cleanup). NO PETS.
