This is a very ornate cut glass or crystal (I don t know the difference) dresser box for jewelry etc. It is slightly over 11ins long and 4 ins wide. I find absolutely no flaws in the glass. The hinges are in terrific condition as well. The metal trim is not beat up but has some of the gilding worn thin. There is no maker s mark or other identifying details that I can see.
