Maintenance Worker is responsible for general repairs and maintenance of the Center as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma GED Experience Previous experience in the maintenance field General knowledge of indoor and outdoor cleaning Traits Ability to lift push pull 40-60 pounds Possess good time management and organizational skills Enjoy working outdoors with an eye for detail Desires the surroundings to be clean and orderly Must be a punctual and reliable individual Responsibilities Complete daily assignments on worksheets and maintain accurate records Maintain inventory controls Sweep and mop as necessary Pressure wash blowing of all curbs and sidewalks Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness of entire Center Report all maintenance and security issues to Maintenance Supervisor Promote the practice of safety standards at all times Record and report all incidents to management Cleaning and stocking of all public restrooms Maintain equipment for proper operating condition Operate a golf cart parking lot sweeper and other equipment as necessary You will be required to climb ladders stretch walk and stand for extended periods of time.
